Can I test the product before purchasing?
Yes, if you are local you have an option for an in home demo or you are more than welcome to schedule an appointment to come over for a personalized one on one audition in my showroom. Please note this only applies to demo products I have on hand.
Do you offer payment plans?
I can reserve your product and place it on hold while you make monthly payments at 0% interest, for up to 6 months. After the full payment is made your product will be dispensed to you. The product will only be released once payment is made in full.
How do I know which product is best for me?
I offer free consultations and analysis of your existing system combined with your personal taste and preferences to give professional advice to help you optimize or build your ideal system.
What is your return policy?
Once a product is purchased there are no returns or exchanges allowed. If there is a malfunction of the product I will work with you and the manufacturer to get it repaired or replaced as long as it’s under full warranty. If you decide you no longer like the product I will work with you for a trade-in/upgrade option.
Are all of your products high quality?
Yes, I personally audition and test all product brands before I decide to become a certified dealer for the perspective manufacturer/brand. I look for the best value to performance ratio as well as the best performing products. I judge the best performing products based on my personal opinion when comparing them to other similar branded products combined with the opinions of professional reviewers and customer reviews as well as forum posts.
